FAQs
Some people might find the course challenging especially if you have been out of education for a while, that’s why we encourage students to opt for a foundation year.
A foundation year is equivalent to a level 3 that’s the same level qualification you receive when you complete an A level or a B tech normally done in college.
The foundation year is added on to your course which turns a traditional degree from 3 years to 4 years.
Student finance will fund your tuition and maintenance loans/grants for the foundation year, as well as the rest of the course.
Upon completing the foundation year we are sure that you will have the confidence and kills needed to move on to year 1.

Yes you will. Most holidays will coincide with major school holidays. You have summer breaks, Christmas breaks, Easter breaks and Bank Holidays off.
The general rule with student finance funding is that in the event that a student does a year and drops out they will be given a second chance, if however you have done 2 years of student finance and dropped out they will only fund you again if you has extenuating circumstances and you can show evidence for that. Extenuating circumstances can be a death in the family, a physical illness or mental illness.
Either way our experienced advisors are best to guide you through any situation.
